Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized items, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@24thavedesigns.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

We will review and offer a replacement if appropriate.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale Items

Sale items and custom items are final sale.
